Found the problem(s)! 1st when setting Indoor device the "Intercom Protocol " must be Private and not SIP. 2nd there is an option shown only in the device screen and not in iVMS-4200 setup, the "Do not Disturb". If it is set, ringing the doorbell gives a busy tone.
