    Hey guys my doorbell is not connecting anymore. Its blinking red and i rebooted it. It then seem to reconnect but i cant see any video feed and few minutes later it shows offline again. Since this morning.. i did not upgrade to latest ezviz fw. Any idea ?

    Yes im in the range of the 5ghz. Trying to switch because it takes abiut 30sec to get the video from a call. Is it because im receing the call on 2 phones ?

    Hi I finally got my chime working thanks to David L. I changed the low voltage transfo with a 16v 30va and everything works perfectly so far. Now in terms of private storage what do you suggest? I tried to add it to tinycam pro but no success. I guess thats something to do with the firmware ...

    Ok because it looks like it is connected to the electric panel directly. I did turned off the actual breaker when installed the doorbell but the transformer installation looks weird to me.
