Every option is going to make someone mad as it changes one or more previously stated outcomes. I recommend just re-drawing out of the remaining numbers for 4th prize.

I regret the omission of detail and sincerely apologize for the confusion I have caused you specifically. I was referring to the 4th round in a series of temporally correlated posts but should have thought to create a standalone reply with full context for all forum members.

Over 300 tickets and they were all under 110, mostly double digits only... it's the wrong numbers. You can see on the wheel it stops at 110.

4th prize needs to be re-done - the tickets only went 1-110. This also puts into question those numbers called from the wrong data set, which were removed from the mix for drawing the 2x IPC-Color4K-T180 special prize.

Not a statistician, but I'm pretty sure these aren't the correct population of numbers to choose from.
