I had to re-up my support license slightly early to fix it. New code straightened mine out. I locked my version to 5.7.6.8 (latest stable as of this post) for now, until things get ironed out.

Intel HWA + direct to wire and Chrome works fine with 0 lag. I have to do testing on mobile, but so far this is awesome.

I just followed the instructions provided by BI official site minus that x32 vcruntime bit, that I found here.

Folks I've upgraded 4 installations so far. 2 on white boxes and 2 on VMware vsphere. The ONLY issue I've come across wasn't really an issue. Make sure you install BOTH the vcruntimes (x64 and x32). Export your BI4 settings just in case. Disable your BI4 service mode in settings and close the...

Make sure your webserver path is updated to the BI5 www folder and not your BI4 folder that was imported from your settings.

Good Evening all, First update for BI5 and I'm getting runtime errors (from the updater itself) despite having 2015-2019 runtime installed. (Bi5 Runs just fine) the typical vcruntime140.dll and mfc140u.dll it say are missing. I tried reinstalling 2015-2019 VCruntime distrib, but no joy...

I know this thread is a bit old, but I just upgraded my server to 2016 (no hardware change) and now blue Iris says mine has been activated to many times. I've sent an email to support two days ago, but haven't heard back yet. I have extended support.
