    Thanks for all the help. Ive found out that the 2 cameras that work are on a 255.255.255.0 subnet. I initialized the other cams using this. Turns out they will only work on 255.255.252.0. Any ideas what would cause this. Ive always used 255.255.255.0.?

    Did you purchase your nvr from nellys? They have a 3 year warranty. If you get another uniview nvr I'd probably order from them.

    Nellys has a new r series dvr that uses an app for web viewing. They claim plug and play without having to open ports etc. Their support has always been fantastic.
