The reset button resolved my problem. I thought the reset button would reset the camera to chinese but it didn't.

I solved the problem with creating a thinapp (vmware) of the IVMS software. You can download a trial of thinapp from the vmware website. IVMS is now working smooth on every PC.

How can I stop the ivms-4200 program without answering yes/no. I can kill it from the commandline but when I start it again it needs some interaction for live view. It will not autostart liveview.
