LV-PD50208 firmware 5.4.0
Hope you are saving older versions of your software. On my cams, the latest firmwares as in plural, started removing items from the cam config. Triggering has gone to cr_p. Had to reinstall an older version to get some items I liked to work again. -

No Signal Somethings
All outdoor cams that in any way water can make it into the harness need butyl rubber tape on the connections. Even a good idea to use it as it keeps humidity and such out. Used to run 24/7 records. Now I'm doing when triggered only with increased 10 minute max triggers. Catch 30 seconds prior and up to 10 minutes per trigger. Works for me. -

Yup using the cheap 2.5 inch SATA drives. I have about 10 laying around. Of course not with the OS installed on it. All separate of course. Only gets the motion trigger events and the .jpg stills from each clip written to it. I know it's a thing but I've never ran into hey, your drive is over... -

Getting duplicate push notifcations
Either retriggers or you are triggering from the cams and BI maybe? Disable all triggering from your cams UNLESS you have strobes and audible notifications when someone allows their dog to poo on your grass, for example. Do all triggering in BI for starters. Sounds like you need to increase... -
