So at 11:48pm I heard 6 rounds which sounded like a handgun, maybe not. It was just how close the rounds were and that they were 6 which is usually emptying a clip.
Then about a minutes later another 6 rounds, same trigger pulling, not automatic, about 1/2 second or less apart with last shot a bit longer.

Thinking that late, hog shooting? Or some predator...it sounded like either behind us or next door North. Behind us makes sense since they have about a dozen livestock or more. Next door could be killing hogs, or coons too.

Out here we get gunfire during the day atleast a couple times a week if not more, not so much at night. In the still of the night gunfire seems amplified...
