That's not the UK. Neither the building nor traffic lights are correct. My best guess, from the driving side, would be one of the Caribbean countries.

This is a UK traffic light (this is a pedestrian crossing but the lights at junctions are the same):

Either way, made a mess of his vehicle. Guessing some oil or something on the road as the back end steps out. Obviously rear drive.
