Here in Reno, Nevada, there are so many Californians moving in with a bunch of money that they are offering 50-100k over asking price and waiving the appraisal condition making our median home price just north of 500k.

Most people in our area, from here, won’t be able to buy a home unless they hit the lottery which we don’t have.

Not much better here in San Antonio, TX. Californian's are just paying STUPID cash for homes and driving our property assessments WAY UP!

FYI - checking real estate data.. and it appears that housing is going for more in many locations.

Stupid cash coming into all hoods its seems.... numerous real estate agents noting over 50-100k+ offered... perhaps it's all those bitcoin millionaires?

The pushback should be hard and painful. Assuming there are enough whites left in Raleigh to make a difference? I say that because many big cities have lost a lot of their what used to be white middle class.

The Sovereign Crime of Industrial Scale Vote Fraud

We can predict where election fraud is going to happen. We can predict how it is going to be done. We can deploy technologies to identify likely fraud within seconds of when it happens.

The question is, if the government is pretty much in on the election fraud, does it really matter?
