First off a big THANKS to the people who post often and help so many new (and old) people on here with their issues and so on.. 
I'm not new to tech or IP cams NVR and so on.. Just behind a couple of years here and there lol
I am running an Dahua NVR3252 or no it's the 5232 lol with Netgear 24POE switch and another Netgear 8port POE on a 1gig fiber network.. also an QC848 ?? with 7 more cams in another area..
Hope I can contribute a little as well get some help TIA.
