5.6.0.5 resolves this issueThe issue with UI becoming unresponsive is still there in 5.6.0.2 (affects UI3 too). Seem to be related to using the "Alerts" clip list filter for any camera with a large number of Alerts. Provided the same feedback to Ken...
This worked for me. Before the repair, if I clicked on the "Open All Clips" button in UI3, it would only show me really old stuff I had set the protect flag on.Update: 5.6.0.5
Resolved the missing clips\flags by "repairing\regenerating" the database. For myself the 5.6.0.5 update alone did not fix the issue.

Seems to be fixed, mines been running for a few hours now with no timeline issues, it was happening about an hour after the Repair/Regenerate before this version.UPDATE: The new released version 5.6.0.6 seems to work fine now after using "Repair/Regenerate" the database.
My timeline isn't broken anymore.
