I would like to ask if somene knows the possibility to connect either Hikvision or any other well known brand Camera to my Oracle Application, as I have in the oracle portlet in the dashboard where I can put the IP address of IP Cam for a display. Does it need API and programming in Java or not as well, so I can get the full scope of work to do this.
