I'll be running 45 cams utilizing substream normally. Main will be used when motion is detected or viewing full screen. I will be running BI and IVS or other type motion sense. From what I've found, this PC can take 64gb RAM.
You will want something significantly more powerful assuming the cams are 4 and 8mp and/or if using AI. You will also want a system that can hold several hard drives internally.

The lowest model of AMD CPU I would recommend for this software would be a Ryzan 5 3600 (six core @3.6Ghz)

I would build, if you have not built before it is not hard if you can read and follow instructions.

Running 6 Dahua Cams on a home built Ryzen 2700 with 16 GBs of RAM, CPU usage around 8 - 10%, RAM usage around 3 GB typically.

Building allows you to customize and you will understand all the PC inside workings for trouble shooting and any issues.

Building your own removes the engineered cheapness OEMs put into their motherboards/computer builds now a days to increase profit margins.
especially on a $200 computer they sell retail for $500
