stop DS1 Hikvision doorbell beep

Is there a way to disable the Hikvision DS1 doorbell audio beep when motion is detected?

Did you ever figure this out? Have 2 clients with exact same setup (8ch NVR, 1 doorbell, stand-alone and configured via wifi to NVR, and 7 hard wired cameras) and just one client with this issue

Are you talking about the beep the door bell, or the NVR, makes when motion is detected?

The beep which the doorbell makes. Client managed to disable the beep in the app somewhere but don’t remember how

In Guarding Vision:

Click on the doorbell then click on the three dots in the top right corner. Go to Settings, Notification, then change Notification Sound Mode to Mute. Click the Save icon on the top right.

The Hik-Connect app has the option back, in the latest release 4.21.0.0122. It was not available in the last couple of versions.
