Smallest budget smartphone that will work with Blue Iris app and UI3

I have been able to put off getting a smartphone for a very long time but now I'm looking for a small inexpensive Android phone that will work well to view BI remotely either the app or UI3. Any recommendations?

I've been looking at these:

• Nokia 2.2 (only 2GB RAM)
• Nokia 5.1
• Samsung Galaxy A10

I actually think they're all still too big but these seem to be the smallest available. Do these have sufficient processing power to use with BI?

Any other suggestions? Keywords: small, long battery life, rugged if possible.
