This just happened to me last night. I was panning my SD49225T-HN using the IPhone BI app (latest version) and it got stuck into a panning cycle round and round and became unresponsive. I went on the pc and hit the home button and it quit. Then this morning my buddy called and said his was spinning too....same camera and firmware as mine....which is what it was shipped with. I logged into his via my pc and just hit the up button and was able to make his stop as well. It has to be something in the latest BI build or the latest Remote app as we both are using the current builds.
