Never any guarantees but that one looks easy for guessing: The green and orange pairs for the network, red and black for power, and no clue for the other one.

Yep, "XPOE" is likely another bastardization of "POE" and I think the cam is HD-TVI video, not IP: note the 300 meter transmission distance below.
Standard POE is 100 meters.

IMO, the cam might be powered by 48VDC but I seriously doubt it uses 2 network data pairs (TX pair and RX pair).

i indentify power with multimeter,and poe injecto. Red= Blue/Whihe Black=Brown rest of wire is enigma!
