I recently upgraded my pc and updated to the latest BI. Im mainly a linux guy but I like blue iris so much I maintain one windows machine for it. I used the guide here to pick out a good cpu and things have worked out nicely. Im sitting around 30% cpu when my old pc on win7 with bi4 was maxing out constantly.

I discovered I can play .bvr files directly in MPV. The only issue is its too fast, if I slow it down to around 60% speed it works perfectly. I know I can convert and export within BI but this is more convenient for me. Has anyone experienced this? Is the video actually getting recorded at a faster speed or is it just an incompatibility issue?

Heres the output I get from MPV when I successfully play a .bvr video,I am considering working with vlc or mpv to try to get .bvr properly supported:

[lavf] broken as well.
