Can Blue Iris, when motion is triggered, actually pan and zoom in on the primary area with motion? Thanks.

To be clear, you need a PTZ camera that can zoom and another camera(s) to act as a spotter that when triggered, calls up a preset of the camera.

If you have an autotrack PTZ, it can then take over.

If it is a non-autotrack PTZ, then you setup multiple presets at different positions and have spotter cams call up the different presets. I called it the poorman's tracking PTZ when I set mine up and it worked fairly well. When I got an autotrack PTZ, I moved the non-tracking PTZ to the back and setup poorman's autotrack there.

But if you are asking if BI can have a camera view triggered and then BI pan and zoom the image of that camera to where the motion is, no it cannot do that.
