They should be banned. I had one still smoldering land in my lap while sitting at the campfire at our summer cottage. I've also sucked them through my Sea-doo.

Turns out this was probably released from a memorial for a County Sheriff's Deputy who drowned trying to save his 8 year old son over the 4th of July weekend.
