Odd ivms 4500 issue

I run open VPN to look at my cameras when I'm not at home via ivms 4500 app for my iPhone. One camera in particular will not open on the single screen, it will open it on the 4 channel view. I've never had this problem until this morning. It is giving out error code 8200..

I've had that happen too around the time I loaded the latest firmware (V3.4.82 build160818). I've noticed that if I let the last cam load in the 4 channel view first, and it'll take awhile, then open the single screen, it almost always works. Then close IVMS-4500 when it's in 4 channel view and it will open in that view the next time you open it. Repeat and rinse. I have no idea what's happening, though.

Sounds like it is only able to play the substream.. do you have enough bandwidth to load up the main streams?

I didn't think of that - or that that camera's sub-stream is set at a higher bitrate than the others.

I have never had the issue before.. I deleted the app and download it again and it started working again.. My wife's phone and my I pad worked fine when I got home, it was just my phone.
