Ocala Florida Internet Service provider recommendations

BIL just moved to Ocala, FL, and looking for a reliable ISP.
I'm trying to help him long distance due to his not having internet at the new house and very spotty Cell service.
They are 78 and not in good health.

He's already called Central Florida Broadband, and they don't offer coverage at his location.
Reliability is the main factor.

Appreciate all suggestions.

I dont think there is a good ISP in the state, but of the 3 we've had, Spectrum wins hands down. (Was Brighthouse which were Excellent!, then Charter bought them out)

Comcast/Xfinity is probably the worst communication company on the planet, maybe the galaxy
TMobile "home Internet" (5G wifi based with a black dumb box) is ok IF you live at the base of a 5G tower

Ex Comcast/Xfinity user. They were OK, but glad I left. Very happy with AT&T in FL - wireless, internet & TV.
1Gig speeds up/dn with fiber to the house, good cell coverage, stream DirecTV. Nice discounts for multipackage & vets, 1st responders, etc.

It is going to depend on the specific location what is available, but enter the zip code into Find Internet Providers in Your Area: Availability by Address - BroadbandNow and see what is available. Starlink may be an option if there's nothing decent via wire or fixed wireless.
