NVR4208-8P firmwire number to use IVS future from Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-Z camera.

Tried 3 different firmware for the NVR4208-8P (with Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-Z)
but IVS, Tripwire still not showing up in the NVR menu. Can anyone post firmware number for NVR4208-8P with IVS future? Do I need to turn IVS "ON" in the camera first?

Both the camera and the NVR must have firmware with that functionality but I have no idea myself if that model NVR has support for IVS. Maybe it only has basic motion / video loss detection ability? I know my NVR5216-16P-4KS2 has all of that in the menu regardless of whether a camera is connected to it at all. It looks like Dahua has not updated the firmware on your model NVR in about a year.

It looks like this on mine with the newest firmware they released a month or so ago. If you select a feature and then a camera that does not support that feature a window pops up warning you that the camera cannot use that.
