I have a thread going regarding push notifications, and the topic of firmware level arose. My NVR-4116 is still running 3.215.000000.4 with a Build Date of January 2018. I know the advice is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but that's getting a bit old and Version 4 beckons.
Putting aside "don't do it" momentarily... is there a update available? A "manual check" on the NVR produces advice "it is the latest version". So maybe the decision has been made for me? If not, what is the recommended repository for firmware... and... should I upgrade this little fella into the current decade?
