I have a problem with one of my ip cameras . it went offline a couple of days ago and i cannot get it back online. so help is needed. the camera is a Qvis ptz i think it is a huisun camera. i have it plugged into my router via ethernet cable and powered by a powerblock. the camera does have power going to it i have tried a diffirent power source and it works ok and does the cycle ok the ir lights come on ok so it,s not power related.. the webpage opens in all browser i have tried but i get the msg no internet connection each time. a couple of times i got a reply XML error. i have tried plugging the ethernet in a pc but nothing happens. i did a ping test and it was ok not timed out so i,m puzzled as what else i can do. i do seem to remember someone add a problem like this and i think alister stevens solved the problem with a univeral plugin ..any help gratefully recieved,,
