Get some stickers made with the strong adhesive that they use for parking violations.

Perhaps they learned? This is why I'm a big fan of confronting litters. Now they know someone is aware of it

If you're going to do this sort of thing you might want to remove PII from your camera watermark when you post it in addition to your location information tied to your username. It was easy to find your home in a matter of minutes.
