I’ve a strange issue. My cameras that were working is now being a little odd. When I go to each camera they work. But when I go View 4 one of them doesn’t seem to work. I’ve noticed that 3 are on Main and one is on Substream. How do I get it so all 4 are on Main Stream? They are connected to an OLED TV through a Hdmi. Any ideas?

What NVR do you have and what bandwidth are the main streams?
Could be (yes, I'm guessing) that if the NVR are very low-end the max bandwidth could be maxed out.

To manually change, use the mouse connected to the nvr and hoover to the top of the camera view and a small list of options will appear. There you can change from Main and Sub.

Yes, most NVRs will limit multiview to substream and depending on the NVR, you may not be able to see more than a few cameras in multiview as mainstream.
