Live view not continuous

I have blue iris using 4 cameras. When the live view is up, the frames reset every 5 seconds or so, there is no continuous view. Any ideas??

are you saying your getting 1 frame every 5 seconds? like the timestamp jumps from :30, :35, :40?

Thats dropping frames and usually an indication your system is overloaded, look at your computer's resources.
