For some reason BI is not seeing ONVIF events from the camera. At this point I'm not sure why that is. Any settings to check are appreciated!

IPC-T5442T-ZEB
V2.840.15OG00D.0.R, Build Date: 2022-08-18

Camera Settings:
Smart Plan on IVS
IVS triggers set
Safety - Onvif Services - enabled

When I walk out the camera detects me fine when viewing live in a browser. BI is not detecting me while the camera browser view does. The BI motion does pick me up and sends everything to AI correctly.

-After setting IVS triggers I did re-find the camera in BI.
-I also tried a 2nd camera.
-I switched to a version of another forum member's BI where theirs works.
-I did restart.

Post a screenshot of the window that pops up when you find/inspect. I suspect it is a ONVIF user issue and you will see "bad response" in one of the first few lines.

I can delete and move to correct area but since you replied already :)

Oh wow that seems all ok.

I think the best bet would be to start over It could still be a PW issue. Delete the camera from BI.

Log into the Camera GUI and under users you will see a tab called ONVIF User

Select it and then change the admin password for the ONVIF user to match your password.

Or simply create a new user and password and use that.

Then in BI, go thru these steps again:

There are a few places you need to set this up in BI (assuming you already set up the IVS rules in the camera GUI):

In Camera configure setting check the box "Get ONVIF triggers".

Hit Find/Inspect on the camera setting to pull the coding for the triggers.

Go into Motion Setting and select the "Cameras digital input" box. Uncheck (if not already) all of the BI motion settings.

On the Alerts tab uncheck the Motions Zones tab (those are alerting you to any BI motion in those areas in Zones A thru H)

On the alerts tab set up how to be notified.
