Huisum Mini PTZ + iVMS-4200 PCNVR
Picked up the 10X and the 3X models and really like the cameras. For the price, it can't be beat! Been running both of them thru iVMS-4200 PCNVR.
In live view, I am using the mouse to pan, tilt, and zoom. Pan and tilt work great, but when I try to zoom, it comes up with an error:
"controls PTZ failed. Error code 29. (Operation failed)."
Using the default PTZ parameters: 9600:8:1:None:None:0
This happens on both cameras. Using the scroll wheel to zoom.
It will try to zoom, but it is very, very slow and sporadic. When I try to spin the scroll wheel a little faster, it comes up with the error and stops zooming.
Anyone run into this problem?
