i have found my old camera and its HongjingTian , i am looking to reset it to default
and i cannot find how
here is the main board
please assist

I'd say that the 4 pads next to the Hi3518 are likely to be the serial console.
That would give you a route into the internals, depending on how well protected the firmware is.

Using a USB to serial TTL convertor.
You will need to figure out which of the pads are GND, Tx, Rx, VCC

I have something similar, try telnet on port 99 user root pw anni2013
you can edit settings in directory /jb_config/jb_rootfs
if not with UART you can do something like that
