Hikvision hs-ds3008-ime1 with electric strike

Hello, as the title suggests, I have a video door entry kit which has the ds-kd8003-ime1 as an external unit. I am finding it difficult to install and operate my lock (electric strike), I'm not being able to make the right electrical connections (maybe I'm missing something)...I would like to ask any of you would you be kind enough to show me the right wiring diagram if necessary?
I have a relay with a 12v mini-relay, plus a 24v power supply (Power Supply DC 24v).

my electrcical strike was also 24V , with external supply

i just connected NO1/COM, so that means, its by default OPEN, so when you open the door with 8003 , ithe relay will close for x seconds (configurable)
