Hikvision 4200 wont connect with home wifi but will with mobile data

Hi All !
New here.
Searched the posts unable to figure this out. I have the older Hikvison 4200 at the office. Connects fine on the mobile app using mobile data. if I turn off mobile data, time out error and offline. Other employees can connect on their home WIFI. Will not connect to my home wifi. Receive the offline time out error. I shut the fire wall down on the Arris Surfboard, still nothing. At a loss. I know it's my modem but can't figure out what is causing the issue. Help is much appreciated

Figured this out. IP address was changed. All works
