Firmware missing from Amcrest website?

I have around 30 various Amcrest cameras deployed and upon setting up a new PC I noticed there is a newer version of Amcrest Surveillance Pro than I was using previously.

Upon launching the "new" ASP only the outdoor PTZ IP2M-853E cameras showed up as online everything else showed offline, this was solved by updating all of the IP2M-841E cameras from 2017 to 2019 firmware but unfortunately the link for the Non-PTZ outdoor IP2M-852 V2 cameras gives an access denied error (

I've scoured google for "Amcrest_IPC-HX1X3X-LEXUS_Eng_N_AMCREST_V2.420.AC01.3.R.20180206.bin" and contacted Amcrest but no luck, is there some kind of mirror/repository for these type of files I may not be aware of?

Also the IP2M-853E cameras are also running on older firmware with 2017 at the bottom of the page but I can't even find this model on the Amcrest firmware website, any idea why that may be?
