Fire After 1 AM

The fire erupts just before the 12 minute mark. Before the fire erupts, a police SUV is driving up and down the streets below our house. It passes the address where the fire broke out twice. The first time is passes the address is at the 2:25 mark and smoke is already visible. The police SUV departs the area just after the 6 minute mark. About 30 seconds after the fire erupts, the first fire truck arrives. I drove by the house the next day and no damage was visible from the front. The fire must have been in the backyard or rear of the house.

It looks like it had been smoldering for some time, long visible cloud of smoke several minutes before flames erupted...like maybe they were burning leaves or brush (illegally?) and thought the fire was out and left it unattended (it is, after all, pretty late).
