In another thread (DeepStack GPU memory issue? Error 100/Timeout after several hours) it seems that DeepStack sometimes drops offline and fails to restart occasionally, leaving BI without confirmed alerts and notifications. Is there any way to setup a monitoring system to provide an alarm/notification if DS drops out?

I've had DS crash a few times and BI always restarts it on its own. You may have something else going on. You are starting DS automatically with BI, right?
I am. It doesn't happen often, but the fact it's happened more than once and is 'silent' erodes confidence in using DS.
I've opened a ticket with BI, so hopefully they can help resolve the issue.
