DS-KV8113-WME1 motion capture - DS-KH6330 - hikconnect

Hello, I have a problem with the KV8113 and hikconnect device detection captures. Indeed, I do receive notifications of each detection but no image on the detections.

Version of KV8113: V2.2.11 build 201126. Version of KH6320 V2.1.10 builde 201221.

On Hikconnect I have the notifications to activate for detection.

The KV8113 is supplied with POE and the KH6320 with wifi on the same network (192.168.1.1).

I don't have an NVR.

I've got an answer from the Hikvision support.
DS-KB8113 does not support hikconnect so it is not supposed to send event (neither images) to hikconnect app.
The display of the ftp menu is an error. This menu needs to be remove on the next firmware release....

I can not understand hikvision answer.
Why the previous model (KB8112), why all my old (4years) hikvision cameras are able to send event AND picture to HikConnect?
Why the previous model is able to send through FTP the motion captured pictures?
Why the user manual mentions fakes features????

I have villa intercom as on attached pictures, KV8113 door bell and KH6320 indoor screen and I do not have NVR. I am not able to set motion detection notification to get picture. Both units are in HIK Connect app, notification is coming but without picture. Outdoor unit has 64 GB memory card inserted. Please advice if somebody has found solution.
