DMSS app- playback is not working- connection failed

Hi,

I am using dahua cameras and using NVR for recordings. I am using DMSS app for the cameras. I can see the live cameras on the app but I can see the playback recordings of the cameras as it says connection failed. Any suggestions is appreciated.

I’ve noticed, at least with Verizon’s ever worsening service, I have to have full signal or be connected to a good WiFi.
