Hi everyone, trying to figure out how the face detection and heat map works.

Hi everyone, trying to figure out how the face detection and heat map works.
I have attached images.
- First image is Smart Plan page, I have IVS setup, but the Heat Map and Face Detection are greyed out. Is this an either or thing? can you only have IVS, or Heat Map, or Face Detection but not all three?
- Second Image is Face Detection page, I have it enabled, but what does it really do? Is it just another alarm function that detects when it sees a face?
- Latest version of SmartPss does not have facial recognition any longer? Prior version does. was wondering what happened to this?
- Third Image shows Heat Map page, as you can see when I try to enable it, it gives an error stating an IVS rule needs to be setup. There is an IVS rule for intrusion setup. So this makes no sense. Any thoughts?
