Hi How are you guys,

We have a problem with a DAHUA NVR5216-4K-S2 or we mis a setup option.
We have install en setup the nvr and also we setup all the dahua ipcameras and evertying is working also the app on Android is also working.
Bud when we use windows explorer we dont see the cameras no images, we can login and we have acces we can setup severall things bud we dont have images.

Is there a option we have to enable so we can acces the nvr and see the images when we are not local.
internet/explorer/login/cameras/search cameras the nvr will not find or see cameras this is only when we acces and login true internet explorer online

Images on the browser depend on the cameras and on the browser. Most new browsers do not support old cameras.

Try the pale moon 32 browser.

The cameras we use are new brand also dahua.
When we reset the nvr and we do the setup treu internet explorer we can login with 192.168.1.108 and we go true the install, we make password/country setup etc... everthing goes well like it shoot.
When we go to the setup cameras the nvr find new cameras en we can setup al 16 ipcameras bud when we refresh internet explorer or we go out of the network we cannot see the cameras anymore.
We see also in the nvr somewhere online user with ip 192.168.1.103 (pc ip) blocked

If the cameras are pluged into the poe address change from the 192.168.1.x subnet to a dedicated
Nvr poe subnet. I can not remember what it is , but it is something like 10.x.x.x

When you access the cameras in the nvr you use the nvr ip address followed by a port number. I can not remember the specific details but it may be something like 192.168.1.155:1001 for the first camera.

Yes when we acces the nvr we use interet explorer. We use the ipadress and the port of the nvr.
We login and we have acces to severall settings that is not a problem.
for example when we go to "setting" -> "camera" we see "camera list" and this is list is empty it must be showing the cameras but it is not showing!

Andriod app: we see the all of the ip cameras
NVR: we see all the cameras
Internet explorer: we dont see the cameras

The strange thing is, we login online and we setup Factory default we gett the cameralist with all the 12 ip cameras after 10 minute or refresh the internet explorer we loose all the camera's. it seems somthing is blocking view true internet
