Dahua IPC time sync issue

I have 2 Dahua cameras connected to Dahua NVR. (NVR4108-8P-4KS2)
1. IPC-T2431T-AS
2. IPC-T5442T-ZE
There time in the camera is not the same (one camera is off by 2 seconds).
Is there any way to fix that?

The easiest way is to set up a local time server on a PC that runs 24/7 and sync them to that. I've got 20 cameras synced to my Blue Iris machine and they are in lockstep with time.

Net Time
I configured NTP server on the NVR a long time ago, is there any other config in the IPC?

I wanted to make sure the NVR can actually reach the local NTP server, it seems it can reach it (tested by clicking Manual Update button):

Maybe cut the update interval to 10 minutes instead of 60 minutes?
I don't think it will help, since this interval is the time the NVR updates its own time.
There is other setting page in the NVR for updating the IPCs, in that page update interval is set to minimum (one hour):
