I have connected my hikvision camera with the internet using LAN, and I can see in lan detect it is sending and receiving signals.
But When I check PlatForm access from Configuration -> Network, to Enable its access, it is showing "Offline" always.
What can be the possible issue?
I have searched the internet, tried to change the Internet IP configuration also, but it is not working.
Using DHCP mode.
