clips from 2 cams do not appear in 'alerts'

In the alerts panel on the left side of console screen, two of 7 cams stopped appearing (once triggered) when 'alerts' (lightning bolt) is selected. When the filter is changed to "all clips", the clips from the missing (recently triggered) cameras do appear. I right clicked the list and toggled the 'show hidden(deselected) camera' from the sub-menu with no positive results.

Any feedback is appreciated

edit: also tried rebuild & repair database

Continued to tinker with a few more settings with no positive results.

Ended up deleting the cameras from BI, then adding them in. Problem solved.
