Bluriris web viewers freezing

Here lately all my remote viewers have been freezing up after a few hours or so. They have to close the web browser and start over. I have tried several different browsers and all have the same problem. I have gone into the UI settings and set the timeout to zero so thats not what is happening. Any ideas?

Are we talking about ONE Blue Iris server they're viewing? If so, what version?

So this is the most recent update AND your issue began after the update?
If so, try going back to the previous version.

No, i've been having this issue for a month or more now over several versions.

On the remote computers I see high memory usage from the web browsers

I would consider rolling back to a version BEFORE the issues began!
If no joy, look at recent Windows updates.
