Blue Iris 5 crashes

Hello - My Blue Iris 5 started crashing. Did an update today, was working ok. Tried to add new camera and after reboot it crashes.

I can see it starting up, task manager then shows process as suspended

logs show:

1) Are you running the BI service ?
2) What information about the crash is in the windows event logs
3) What version of BI are you running ?

What is the intel CPU model ?
I recommend that you turn off hardware acceleration on all cameras in BI for a start ?

Yep that was it. Thank you. Disabled h.265 and it started working.
