Hey all,

I have Blue Iris 5 setup and working with a handful of cameras around my house. Two of my cameras are Dahua SD52C225U which support PTZ. They also have a feature within the Dahua camera configuration to track objects automatically which is great for when things would normally leave the regular field of view but instead the camera follows the motion.

My issue is that when I initiate a manual PTZ movement I get the blue border around my camera indicating that motion detection is disabled. I would actually like the opposite and have it trigger as soon as I move the camera. As far as I can tell when the camera does the moving because it sensed motion I believe it does trigger, just not when I manually move it.

I have tried setting the "max travel time/motion delay" to zero seconds, but I still get the blue border and it doesn't trigger.

Any ideas on how I can get it to trigger when I move the camera manually?
