I just recently upgrade all my cameras and are thinking of switching from my current NVR (Asustor NAS Surveillance Center) to SmartPSS and PC_NVR. I have an old PC that I currently have SmartPSS and PC-NVR running on to see how it is. So far I do not see any issues. My questions is if you are currently using SmartPSS and PC-NVR or did in the past having any issues that would make me decide not to switch?
I did try BI and the video was muted some compared to the live view logged into the camera and the live view with my current NVR. Link shows issue Video Quality.
