ANPR accuracy %

The accuracy of ANPR is not talked a lot due to many reasons including angle, cam settings, amount of light, etc.
There are instances that plate is very clear but the reading is incorrect such as 2 being read as 7, B read as 8, etc.
I could not find Dahua cams ANPR accuracy rate.

What software has the highest ANPR accuracy % ?

My vote is for OpenALPR. It gets pretty close to 100% when I feed it decent plate images. My recommendation is to avoid Dahua's built in LPR, which gets maybe 30% even under the best conditions in my experience.

OpenALPR is only $5 a month per camera, and as a bonus GymRatz's collection utility automatically adds the VIN, make, model, body, etc. of most plates. Good to see that a midnight license plate in a frame surrounded with darkness gets listed as a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited, Wagon 4D, when all I can see is the plate!
