AI and Amcrest Questions

Is there any advantage to an AI camera stand alone without an NVR or Blue Iris? For home use where would be the best locations for AI cameras? My understanding is
that the Amcrest NVR only supports viewing of only two AI cameras at a time. Are they worth the extra cost?

Also, I have compared Amcrest and Dahua cameras and it appears that the comparable Dahua is always more expensive. True? Worth it?

Amcrest is made by Dahua, mainly with stripped capabilities to reduce costs.

AI is worth it unless you like lots of false triggers LOL. Without AI you could get false triggers for bugs, rain, leaves blowing, cloud cover and sunlight coming and going.

I am to the point of not buying cameras without AI because they are good and getting better. Now DeepStack integration with BI may change that thought process as it gets better.

Who uses Dahua AI capable cameras? Reliable AI for triggering events? Pro's/con's?
